Dear D.H. Sorry to be so long in answering. I went to Wisconsin and was stranded in a snowstorm a few days. All that I have on Abraham is he was born May 15, 1859 in Pike, KY. He married Louisa Mounts July 24, 1879. She was born 1860 in VA. He was the son of John, who was the son of Obediah, who was the son of William.He had daughter Mary B. b 1880, Peter Creek, Pike Co. KY. Sources were 1880 Pike Co. KY Census. I have a 14 page report of the Descendants of William Blankenship who lived in Pike Co. KY. This report is from a GEDCOM that I downloaded in 1995 from a genealogy forum on CompuServe. I cannot vouch for anything, but there are plenty of sources cited, so anyone can check them out. -Anyone ever heard of a Wm Blankenship b abt 1765 who mar a lady named Cindarilla? His birth year may be wrong but that is what the census has. They were from Va and lived in Ky.
