He married Ursula A Louisa Saunders 01 December 1870, in Bedford Co, Virginia. 5 iv. Thomas G. Blankenship, born 07 April 1845. He married Missouri Willamson; born Abt. 1845. 6 v. Abraham S. Abram Blankenship, born 05 February 1848. + 7 vi. Missouri C. Blankenship, born 11 April 1851; died Aft. 1880. She married John R. Maxey, 09 August 1874, Franklin Co., Virginia. 8 vii. Virginia B. Mernevia Jennie Blankenship, born 18 June 1852. She married Jeremiah Jerry Whitworth; born Abt. 1852. + 9 viii. William Pierce Blankenship, born 10 March 1854 in franklin Co., Va; died in franklin Co., Va. I do not know who he married but one of his daughters Vaughnie Blankenship (sp) married a John Meeks.
