    3. Russell, If it is not too late, I'd be interested in a picture of Faith and Andrew Jackson Wright. My Blankenships (that I'm certain of) are centered in McDowell Co, WVA. So, I'm not certain about any connection. But, if its not too much trouble, I'd still like the jpg. Just wanted to let you know I've had a death in the family and will be leaving early Saturday morning for West Virginia and returning Tuesday evening. I am hoping that while there I can run over to the WV State Archives and pick up an arm load of copies <grin> so if anyone needs something - that DOES NOT require any research - let me know ASAP today and I'll try to get it for you ... 1. [BLANKENSHIP] Listing LIVE persons
    2. But in this day and age of technological advances, it's best that if someone living is listed, they are listed only with an initial and the surname, no locations or dates as identity theft or worse could happen. The issue at hand here is that these living persons have been listed without their permission and do NOT want to be - if someone does, then that's great, they assume the responsibility for it. Kay

    3. As one mentioned, identity theft is one problem. Another is one of just plain old general privacy. While I personally do not mind having (a limited amount of) personal information posted - there are unfortunately nefarious types. There is also the possibility that someone just might want to be left alone, might not want their age to be known, or may be trying to get away from other family members for one reason or another. Especially say in the case of a family member who is estranged (sp?) from another for some reason. I've stopped 28,629 spam messages. You can too! 1. [BLANKENSHIP] Please help Blankenship
    2. About 2 years ago someone helped me find a possible wife for Coleman Blankenship and other researchers researching this branch of Blankenships.I have tore my house up looking for it and can't find it.William Blankenship born 1754 in Virginia and wife Patsy moved from Iredell Co. North Carolina after 1800.Coleman was suppose to have been born in Surry Co. in 1803.They are found in Cumberland Co. Kentucky in 1810 through 1840.Patsy died there some time after 1928 (she is on a land deed at this time frame),and they are on the Andrew Co. Missouri census in 1850.William had sons Thomas who married a Lucinda and Breckenridge (who I could never find).Coleman had children Grandville born 1826,Loiza 1827 and Thompson 1828,Silvester 1838,all born in Kentucky. At one time someone thought that he may of been married to a Mary Ann Wiggins. He is with Margaret (Ragle) in Missouri who is not the mother of these children. If anyone has any information on these Blankenships please contact me.Norma Jean
