Thanks D.H., Yes, this is the right Charles who married Missouri Jane Collins. Everything leads back to somewhere in Missouri. Was the "MO. pct. 4," you listed part of the MO. area, or the Johnston Co. census pct? I have searched many of the MO. census records, but can't seen to find Charles or his father Henry Blankenship.
