    1. [BLANKENSHIP] Sarah, wife of Isham
    2. John Wilkinson wrote a will in Amelia County Va in 1773 in which he named a daughter Sarah Blankenship and a daughter Edith Blankenship. Mary Wallace, widow of John Wallace, died in Amelia County VA in 1773 leaving a will in which she named a daughter Sarah Blankenship and a daughter Molly Blankeknship. As far as I know neither Sarah has been identified as the wife of Isham. If anyone has found evidence to prove one or the other, I would appreciate knowing about it, as my Blankenships, Zachariah, most likely the son of Isham married Edith, daughter of Hudson. 3. Sue, I have been told Elizabeth Blankenship,b:1763,Warren County,NC and married Humphrey Garland, was the daughter of Isham Blankenship. Blankenship surname is in Yaancey/Mitchell County,NC. Also early arrival of Blankenships in Unicoi and Carter County,TN(neighboring counties). Could you help me? Thanks Dorothy Ps also was told she was the daughter of a Joseph Blankenship. ............................................................................ .............. - Hi researchers, This much I knew: 1. Hudson Blankenship, that married Edith Wilkinson 1755, son of John B. Blankenship and Elizabeth Hudson. 2. Isham BlankenshipSr., that married Sarah Wilkinson 1756, son of John B. Blankenship and Elizabeth Hudson. This is what I just found out: Edith Wilkinson and Sarah Wilkinson were sisters and they married Blankenship brothers, Hudson and Isham. This would make all the children from both family be double first cousins. Edith and Sarah Wilkinson's, parents were, Jane Sarah Royall and John Wilkinson. Jane Sarah Royall's parents were, Katherine Banks Royall Isham and Joseph Royal Sr. (Katherine married Henry Isham, Sr. after John Royall died). John Wilkinson's parents were Frances Elam and John Wilkinson. OK if all of the above is true and has been proven then Hudson Blankenship could have called Katherine Banks Royall Isham "Granny" Katherine would have been great-grandmother to all of the children from the marrage of Hudson and Edith. The same is true with Isham Sr, He could have called Katherine Banks Royall Isham "Granny" and Katherine would have been great-grandmother to all of the children from the marriage of Isham Sr. and Sarah. I feel like there is a conection between John B. Blankenship and Elizabeth Hudson and the Isham family, because they names one son Henry and one son Isham. It may have been the close family ties that let Katherine met Henry Isham after John Royall died. Look this over and tell me if I am even close with all of this information. PLEASE I would love to hear what you all are thinking about this one. Sue

    2. Put your cursor on the person you want a report on, then hit "outline" at the top of your screen. You can go to "contents" and tell it how many generations you want. Then after the report generates, hit "control-c", switch to your e-mail, go into the body of your message and hit "control-v". It worked. We have Kay to thank for the instructions. Dorothy
