I need information about the children of Isaac S. Blanchard listed in the 1860 census in Cocke Co., TN and the children of Stephen Blanchard listed inthe same census in Benton Co, TN. Isaac was also listed as "Blanchet" in the 1850 census in Cocke Co, Tn. I am particularly looking for a William S. Blanchard (b. Jun 1851, Tn).
