Hi my name is Sherylee Eustace from Melbourne, Victoria Australia Blanchard family I am researching are: William Blanchard born abt 1800 died prior to 1851 in Tavistock, Devon married Jane Holman in 1822 in Tavistock their children were: William Blanchard b1823 Tavistock d 1880 Clunes, Victoria, Australia. married Elizabeth Williams 1854 in Tavistock (emigrated to Australia not long after marriage. no issue) Charles Blanchard b 1825 Tavistock d 1872 Clunes, Victoria, Australia married Grace Down maybe Tavistock (emigrated to Australia probably the same time as William) Francis Blanchard b abt 1827 Tavistock died as an infant George Blanchard b 1829 Tavistock died as an infant Francis Holman Blanchard b abt 1833 Tavistock d1897 Collingwood, Victoria, Aus married Jane Fitzwilliams 1867 in Victoria, Australia 6children all girls (emigrated to Australia with mother and an Elizabeth Blanchard (a widow, not yet sure where she fits in). in 1864 George Blanchard b abt 1834 in Tavistock died as an infant George Blanchard b abt 1837 in Tavistock d 1898 Melbourne, Victoria, Aust married Mary Ann Bones 1870 in Clunes, Victoria, Aust. 4 children 1boy 3girls ( don't know when he emigrated maybe with older brothers) on George's probate it states he was married twice but have found no evidence of this. Mary Ann Blanchard b abt 1839 Tavistock no details known My husbands grandmother Dorothy Hawthorne Blanchard is the Granddaughter of George Blanchard and Mary Ann Bones.
