Here is a list of all the Blanchard households in the 1790 census for Rhode Island. The tally columns are: 1. free white males >16, 2. ditto <16, 3. free white females, 4. other free, 5. slaves. I hope this is of use to somebody. For comparison, I note that the 1782 Rhode Island census showed only 3 Blanchard families: Moses and Samuel in Coventry and Benjamin in Cranston. I believe the latter wound up in Coventry in 1790, but it's hard to be sure. In any case, that's not much overlap for two censuses taken only 8 years apart.
