    3. Here is another family that is only incompletely identified. The census shows a Nathaniel in Dunstable, NH in both 1790 and 1800, and I feel sure that was the Nathaniel who married Sarah Butterfield there in 1792 and had sons Simon, Nathaniel, and Jonathan between then and 1800, as shown in the first book of Dunstable vital records and as indicated in the 1800 census. There are two questions, though: who was the female living with Nathaniel in 1790 (and was perhaps still there in 1800, aged 16-26), and how does this Nathaniel fit into the grand scheme of Blanchards? The only unaccounted-for Nathaniel I've found in the right age group was the son of Nathaniel and Elizabeth, baptized in Roxbury, MA in 1769, and I don't know the father of that Nathaniel Sr either.
