The only big change I know of was the new province line of 1741, which indeed benefited the Masonian proprietors to the detriment of the orignal proprietors, but that line was surveyed by Richard Hazen, not Josaph Blanchard (who was only 12 then, after all). I suppose this must refer to surveys of townships that had existed before 1741 and were regranted and resurveyed under the new regime? John
