I am a new subscriber to this list and am researching Maria Blanchard, my great-great-grandmother. I have very little information, but here is what I know at this point: She was born January 1811 in New York and her parents were also born in NY. She married Elbridge Lockwood (presumably in NY), had several children there, moved to Michigan in the early 1840s, and died in Michigan September 28, 1898. (1) Emma Clemons, (2) Caroline West d. January 11, 1939 Frances, b. 1858 in MI, m. Robert Dubey, d. 1948 Delmar, b. 1859 in MI, d.
