I recently found what I believe is the death certificate of Frank BLANCHARD. It list his parents as Joseph BLANCHARd & Mary TIBBETS or PLANT. It is hard to tell which as they were writen in almost as an after thought by clerk (1881). But...Frank BLANCHARD married Philomen PLANT, so that would not be his mothers maiden name, right? Or could the wives have been distant relatives? Any idea's? This info was all found in Monkton.
