I was hoping that my 'Administration 3/22/99' message to the List last week would serve as a reminder to consider the appropriateness of all messages that you post to BLANCHARD-L. As list manager, I must try to balance the desire to be as "hands off" as possible with the need to maintain a few rules and regulations so our List can serve its purpose which is genealogy. This is why I asked that you first send to me, any message whose contents might be of questionable value. In this way, I can review it and then discuss it with you.
