Hello, Does anyone have information on or from a Dr. Julian Blanchard? He was part-owner of the J.C. Blanchard & Co., Inc. in Hertford, NC in the 1920's - probably through the 1940's. He moved to New York City, New York. It is thought that he published a Genealogy of the Blanchards of Hertford/ Gates Co, NC. Thank you. Renee Ehaynes@exis.net
