His name was Louis Auguste Emile Blanchard (Acte de Naissance Vol I, Page 63, N�123) and he was the sun of Louis Blanchard (menuisier) who came from Gray (Fr) and Elisabeth nu Joss (borned in Oberbourg-Berne).
