Isaac Blanchard and his wife Eunice Hill named one of their 5 children Charles DeForest...My line of Blanchards' goes back to the DeForests... I'm wondering if there is a connection somewhere. We also have the name Charles in our family.. in fact my gr gf was names Charles Blanchard and my gr gr gf named one of his children Reuben DeForest Blanchard... if anyone is interested I have the line back to at least 1752 in Stamford, CT... to Jacob Blanchard who had 5 sons.. named John, Ira, Daniel Solomon, and Isaac... this Isaac never married,,, but it is possible that one of his brothers named a child after him.... any thoughts would be welcomed.
