Could the There was a wedding notice in the "Columbian Centinal" of 1828 Feb 6, saying that Frederick Blanchard had married Elizabeth Gaw, daughter of John Cooper of Philadelphia, and that the marriage had taken place at Charlestown. This is clearly the same marriage, but it unfortunately doesn't help to identify Frederick. John Chandler
