In copying the "Blanchard" references in the DAR Lineage Books, I found a few Blanchards born in Blanchard, Ohio. My zip code book does not list one for it. I am assuming it is in Hardin County. If so what is the county seat of Hardin, County, Ohio? Thanks, Pauline Blanchard
