Before anyone worries that Bob didn't prepare the index entries for his posting on cemetery data, let me note that there are already two archived messages on this same subject that did have index entries, both from last Fall (once by death date and once by birth). I'm glad to observe that the data agree 100%. Also, this is a good example of how to find things quickly using the Rootsweb search engine. Go to the engine at http://searches.rootsweb.com/cgi-bin/listsearch.pl enter the list name BLANCHARD-L in the blank to submit, then type in the query as VALE+END select 1997, and click on Search -- you get exactly two hits, and they are the two messages in question. (The "+" means search for the two words back-to-back). By the way, 1998 is now available in the search engine, so you can do the same for 1998 and call up Bob's posting as well. Also, using HOOKER+FARM as the query gets the same results. John
