The Democratic Party of Albania reported in January that among those assassinated, wounded or jailed for political reasons was Lazime Cera, 30 years old, In October 1998, Lazime Cera, was maltreated and arrested by the police. She is the sister of Besim Cera, who was assassinated together with MP Azem Hajdari, on September 12, at the doorstep of the DP headquarters by state-paid killers.
