HI I am new to the Blanchard list. My maternal grandmother was Harriet Blanchard (19Apr1859-14Mar1945), married to George F. Plotner (22Nov1855-24Mar1942). Don't know date of marriage. She was daughter of Margaret Bainum (have a pic) and Joseph Elmore Blanchard. Margaret died soon after Harriet was born and Joseph Elmore remarried because Harriet had several half sibs. One was Clint in Arkansas and Benjamin went to California sometime. This happened in Clermont County, OH. I don't know where they came from before that. The second marriage may have happened in Brown County, OH. If I have any information that anyone would like, let me know. Ruth
