Phineas BLANCHARD Phineas Blanchard, son of Stephen, Jr. and Hannah (BLANCHARD) BLANCHARD was b. 21 Jun 1750 in Andover, Essex, MA [AndVR V1:71]. He was a yeoman in Milford, 1799 when he purchased Bradford land from his brother Jacob (above), Peter GREEN and Augustus BLANCHARD witnesses [HillsDeeds48:287]. Phineas m. Sally STEARNS of Wilton on 18 APR 1799. It would appear that he never resided in Bradford based on the absence of Bradford records and the births of eight children recorded in Milford [NHVR].
