Am looking for the parents of James Emera Blanchard, who was born ca. 1821 and died shortly after 1870. I believe he lived in the township of Wasioja in the county of Dodge im Minnesota. I think he was born somewhere in New York. His wife was Lucy A. Hoard and one of his sons was James A. Blanchard. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
