Hi I am new to the list and at a standstill on trying to locate information on my gggf Frank H. Blanchard. Frank was born in NY state I have no idea where in my conflicting data according to his death certificate he was born in 1852 he died April 12, 1935 in Grand Rapids MI. I dont have his fathers name but his mothers was Fannie Haines. He married Elizabeth McLachlin of Canada. I believe he may have located to Michigan around 1880 I have found him as a house painter in the Grand Rapids city directory in 1881 on. I also have a death certificate for a Elizabeth Blanchard who was born Jan 26th 1854, died Jan 7th 1926 and whose maiden name was Townshend and she was born in Goderich Ontario, Canada, birthplace of parents was England. She was married to Henry Blanchard . This is not my gggm and I will gladly send you a copy of this death certificate if she is related to you.
