I have a James Horace Blair born 1818 Caygua New York stated in a biogranphy done in 1890 his father was born abt 1795 Aberdeen Scotland Mother born 1800 Paris France. He stated the family moved to Potter Co Penn 1826 and resided there until he left at the age of 18 in 1836. But did not list parents names and I have been unable to find any blair's in potter co penn in 1830 census.
