I am a descendant of William Eason Blair, born about 1847. He married Emmaline Helm and had 12 children, one was Virgil Hugh Blair. Virgil Hugh is my grandfather. We have never been able to find any information about Joseph. He just shows up as the father of William E in Tennessee and by 1850, he was gone.
