Hello Listers, It has been several years since I worked on my Blairs, and it is almost like starting from the beginning again, so I hope everyone will be patient. I am looking for information on Brice Blair, d. 10 Sep 1785, Bedford, Penn, USA I recently received unproven information that he was born 5 Mar 1701, Kilwinning, Ayr,. Scotland, but I don't know if this is correct. Before I start digging again, does anyone have any more on Brice, such as proof of where he was born, which ship he emigrated on, did he come form Scotland or No. Ireland? Brice was the father of Sarah "Sallie" Blair, b. abt. 1746, Frederick MD, who was married 1763, Virginia, to Jeremiah Patrick (we have proven all this back to Sarah being the dau. of Brice) And while I am at it, does anyone have proof of where Jeremiah Patrick (died Jun 1819, Floyd, Kentucky, USA) was born and who were his antecedents? I also have unproven information that he was born In Kilmarnock, Ayr, Scotland, which is very near Kilwining, where Brice Blair was said to have been born. Can anyone help?
