I am looking for information on William Francis (or Frank William) BLAIR born Jan 1861 to unknown parents possibly from Ohio and/or Indiana. Difference censuses show his birthplace in Indiana, Illinois, Kansas, or England. He married Ida Elizabeth NEWMAN about 1889 in Iowa. Together, they had 10 children between 1890 and 1914 in Iowa and Nebraska. He and Ida were divorced between 1915 and 1920 possibly in Nebraska.
