Seeking Bruce Blair b. ca. 1945 perhaps in Boston/Roxbury, MA area. Lived in Boston/Roxbury vicinity in mid-1960s. Enlisted in US Navy 1965/66, attended Defense Language Institute in Monterey, CA (Russian language student) in 1966-7 and then to Goodfellow Air Force Base in San Angelo, TX.
