Emmerline's father believed to be Hancock Holcomb...or possibly a Powell? All made move to Al, some in Shelby CO, late 1840's. Children William, John, James, Powell and Mary Jane. Wm Blair SR conscripted during CW, died Elimra prison Camp NY. James and Mary Jane with the Powell family (also from AL) Lauderdale CO TN 1870. Wm JR married Isabella Price in Pontotoc CO MS. Powell lived in AL until death of first wife...moved to GA second marriage and died there. DNA has been done but the leads had their own brick walls. Of the Blair of Blair line.
