Is he the same one as in the 1930 census with a wife Dorthea, born (about 1889) and a son Donald (born about 1923). My Ggrandfather was a Frank Blair, a machinist in Oakland in 1910. I belive he and my GGrandmother split sometime shortly after my Grandmother Kay was born, which was in 1910. After that there was no record of where he went. [email protected]
