He was first married to my GGrandmother, Catherine (Freda) Sigesmund Beyer (Daughter of Johan Sigesmund Beyer) in the bay area. Together they had Frank S. Blair and Catherine (Kay) Blair (later felts). I have a certificate of birth from 1910 of my Grandmother Kay, their residence was 1172-23rd St. E. Oakland. Frank was a machinist, and he was from Toledo Ohio, he was 26 yrs in 1910. My Grandmothers birth place was Pleasanton, Alameda Co, California. My Mother, Norma Jean has an old oval picture of him. Do you have a picture as to compare?
