BLAIR, 75, died Wednesday at home. Born in Fort Wayne, he retired in 1989 as a manufacturing coordinator at General Electric Co. after 38 years. He was treasurer of the Cub Scout troop at St. Luke Evangelical Lutheran Church. Surviving are his wife, Jean M.; two daughters, Kathy J. Talbott of Fort Wayne and Debra K. O'Brien of Indianapolis; a son, John L. of Bloomington; and four grandchildren. Services at 2 p.m. Saturday at D.O. McComb & Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home, 1140 Lake Ave. Calling two hours before services. Burial in Highland Park Cemetery. Memorials to St. Luke Evangelical Lutheran Church or Lutheran Social Services of Indiana.
