I am looking for the paternal ancestors of Burmer Carl Blair, b. 25 Aug 1892, High Shoals, Oconee Co, GA. His mother is Ornie Rice, b. 1873, Gwinnett Co, GA, died giving birth to Burmer. He was raised by his mother's parents, John T and Cynthia Betts Rice. Father may be named John and may have been born in Georgia. I have been looking for fourteen years. I hope you can help.
