Our Blair(ca 1760) was New Hampshire,then Vermont after the Rev War & then thru Penn to Ohio & then he went to Erie,PA a few yrs before he died. Our John Harper Ormsby was b. Ohio but his father Gideon,moved to Erie,PA(1840) for a short time before he moved to Wisconsin. We believe he moved to Erie to get James settled there before the family moved on to Wisconsin.
