I have a William M. Blair, born 6/21/1846 and died 7/20/1892 in Monroe County. He was married to Cynthia Elvar Snyder. His parents were David Blair, born about 1797 and died 1/19/1874. He was married to Eleanor, born abt. 1806 and died 1/23/1878. William and Cynthia had the following children: John, David, William Newt, Thomas S. Charles, Arthur B., Austin, Nellie, James C. and Mary E. according to census records. Arthur B. Blair is my husband's great, grandfather. Hope this help.
