They were in the 1860 Census, ages George 74, Caroline 70, both born Wuerttemberg. Everyone seems to have Caroline confused with Ursula (Uhley) Blair. Ursula was married to another George Blair, they also lived in Hepburn Twp. and are buried at Stoltz Cemetery in Hepburn Twp. Caroline and Ursula are absolutely 2 different persons, both married to two different George Blairs. A known daughter of George Blair and Ursula ?-Blair was named Anna Mary Blair. She married Joseph Aderhold and "Uhley Blair" can be found in the 1860 Hepburn Twp. Census listed with the Joseph Aderhold Family. She was Anna Mary Blair-Aderhold's mother, a widow in 1860. Jos. and Anna Mary Aderhold are buried at Stoltz Cemetery also. Caroline Blair was born in Wuerttemberg @1789 and her husband, George Blair, born in Wuerttemberg @1785. If there is any connection to each other, I haven't found it so far. What I have found on-line is a lot of false info for these families.
