Eliza was born 1868 in Dorset England , daughter of William Bush BENDELL b. in Poole, Dorset 1820 and Louisa NORMAN b. 1828 in Newfoundland. I would imagine that David BLAIR was most likely born between 1858 to 1868, quite possibly in or near Greenoch. Sorry that I have nothing further on him in terms of his linage. Hoping someone can tell me more on descendents of this couple. Thank you so much for your response.

I have a David Blair, christened 1799, Dalry, Ayrshire, married 1827 in Greenock. I have found a number of Blairs in that part of Ayrshire and there are several referencs to Greenock. The name David appears a number of times but I can't identify the one you're looking for. Do you have any other information on your line? I'll check further in my old notes and I would be very interetsed in seeing anything that might come up on this line.

Canada but I have as of yet to find this info..We know he had 4 syblings 2 whom were twins i believe and died while in their teens while crossing alake to pick up their father who was working on the other side.A storm came up and sank their boat. the other 2 syblings were a male jacob who apperantly settled in marysville N.B. I have found nothing on him either. and a sister named mary.found no info on her either..It is said that the mother of these 5 Blair children was the daughter of a john Russell or Sir john Russell or Lord john Russell...Also I can find no info... Would love to learn the parents names and birth dates of these 5 Blair children.. We have all info from time my gg grandfather john russell Blair married margaret king Gibson in 1863 but nothing on the Blair`s before this marriage. BLAIR, born Jul 24, 1891 died Jan 6, 1975, buried in the Harris Cemetery in San Saba Co. He was a PFC in the Army during WW 1. He might possibly be an older son of the David T. Blair of OK. There are a lot of WALLACES buried in that cemetery, so it kind of follows that if he was raised by Susie & John A. Wallace (my gg uncle), he would be buried there.
