Officers are Lieutenant, Captain, Major and up with all the variations. Enlisted men were private, corporal, sergeant and others with variations. I don't know what the division is in the Navy, but I probably can find out. I am not sure where the warrant officiers fit into all that. http://www.tesarta.com/www/resources/library/militaryrank.html is a good site for the names of the ranks.
