Sue, I noticed that after I'd already written the email. I haven't known whether I was up or down for a couple of months! We're trying to remodel our house inside and then all this with my mother. She's always liked to keep a lot of stuff stirred up and be right in the middle of all of it. She likes nothing better when at least two of us siblings are not getting along. She'll get mad at one of us, then try to get the other siblings mad also. I usually stay out of it, but my two brothers and sister don't always. She's also a very jealous, manipulating, and controlling person and I believe that a lot of it stemmed from her jealousy of my getting a "new" (to me) house that is nicer than hers. I also stopped some of her manipulations and that got her fired up. Add to that that I have a sister who is a compulsive liar and also loves to cause trouble and you have my dysfunctional family! Whew, it's been a roller-coaster ride, but she left yesterday. I felt so much better this morning when I woke up. Thanks for the note. I'm a good listener if you want to confide the interesting things going on there.
