My ghost was a little boy 3-4 years old. He was standing along side interstate 40 sucking his thumb. The lady in the car with me saw nothing, but said she felt goosebumps. He wasn't transparent, it wasn't late at night or foggy. I saw him from a distance of about 20-30 feet at about 4 p.m. I also get creepy feelings in certain places.
