Tomato juice is a well known classic for remoing skunk odor. It breaks down teh chemical or something. I think vinegar or some other less drastic solution may work as well, and I kno wthere are products for this you could get from a big pet store like PetSmart, but I can't remember what, and I expect some of them work better than others.
