Even the mountains are out today, that's what we say when iits as clear as it is today. The Alaska range is about 120 miles south of here and are usually clouded in. As far as the mosquitoes, haven't noticed many yet and when out in the backyard with a bonfire going and citronela candles burning it keeps them at bay. So the skeeters don't bother me and I do love this time of the year in Alsaka, there is no place on earth that compares to it. Now when I go hiking out in the bush, I wear long sleeve shirts and I use deet and experience no diffulculty with the nasty little buggers. -- Wild Bill, North Pole, Alaska Life is what happens to you while you're making other plans.
