Timely news from San Diego today: <<The San Diego County Board of Supervisors voted yesterday to create an on-line "pin map" which will show the approximate location of where offenders live. The map should be up and running in July. It will be available through a link on the county's Web site, as well as the Sheriff Department's site. >> So, they're avoiding the name and address issue with the pin-map.
