I know...it's catch 22...what I wonder about is, my BP pill is about the size of an "o".... so why can't they suggest something I could eat that would help, instead of a pill? Exercise & more vegetables & low salt does not help high BP. It's hard for me to imagine that the "o" pill contains enough of anything to help, and they cost $105.00 for 90 tabs. I'm about to stop taking it. Same goes for Estrogen...women shouldn't take it. The most common type of Breast Cancer tests positive for Estrogen...meaning it feeds off Estrogen, and needs it to survive.
