There is no cure-all for high BP... I'm a salt addict. Take salt & pepper away from me & I would wither away. But I love ice-water & drink a quart per day, at least. My mother retains water and she could care less. She hates water & ice cubes. Her BP is sometimes high, and she's 85 yrs old...she says she was "born with high BP." And high Cholesterol. My dad died of cancer, which started in his kidney & lower back.... (big 6 ft 2 man)...he NEVER drank water, and very little other liquids....a cup of coffee in the morn., a glass of something with dinner...barely nothing in between. And he never drank booze. His BP was off the chart.
