Hi Mike No problem, and I do know what you mean. But, rape doesn't always happen with a male body part. That's why castration (surgical or chemical) doesn't help. You never know what new idea they'll want to try. I don't know how old a man has to be before he's not considered a threat anymore, or what disability there would have to be. I don't want to support the perverts in a jail or hospital either, lobotomized or not. But, unless they kill someone, our laws don't presently allow us to kill them. So--what to do? They get out in 5-15 years as it stands. Sometimes less. And if we don't know who they are and where they are, they keep doing what they've done. Child molestation is certainly a concern for me, as well as anyone else, since I have 8 grandchildren, and will soon have ggrandchildren, in addition.
