My kids ar being instructed in "public safety" and the public threat of abduction, my 7 year old daughter has been told "don't talk to strangers" but initially NOT what a stranger was. I explained to her that strangers were people you don't know, and especially those who your parents don't know. she NOW goes up and introduces herself, and determines that she Knows them. Somehow there is a real communication gap..... Jeffery G.
