    3. Doctors only take one class in nutrition. Their colleges weren't paid for by nutritionists. <G> The best medical care in the world is supposedly in Japan where they concentrate on preventive medicine. Nutrition and excercise fall into that category. It isn't what our medical business here in the US is interested in, not enough money in it. At least not enough to please the pharmeceutical companies. In Japan, when a patient gets sick, the doctor loses money. What difference, eh? Over 12 months I was able to wean off 3 different BP meds I had been taking to control the BP - Now I am on no meds - just diet and exercise If someone would have told me when I was 21!!! I could have saved a lot o money and trouble!!     3. Wow - that is interesting. What a difference! You would think my insurance company would have sent me lots of info on Nutrition and Exercise. They are the ones who benefit if I am healthy.
