We had a case here in Oklahoma City yesterday where a mother actually walked up on a man molesting her little girl. He was a convicted sex offender. We also have a registering law, but there are problems with it. The list is not readily available to the public. You cannot just go to the internet and look at it, which is what I think should be. You have to call the police and ask about a specific person. You should be able to ask about a neighborhood, any registered sex offenders in my neighborhood. Also, if the offender's conviction happened something like before 1978, they don't have to register. Jack Childers in OKC
